SHIPPING POLICY

Trend Savvy is committed to its members and will do its best to always ensure high-quality shipping transactions. Trend Savvy headquarters are located Montreal, Canada but we fulfil orders directly from our suppliers and manufacturers.

We currently only ship to Canada and the continental United States of America; APO/FPO addresses and other international destinations are not within our shipping zone at this time. Please note that it is possible for orders to arrive in multiple packages.

Order Processing

Orders may take up to 24 business hours to process. Once your order is placed, you will have 24 hours to cancel or modify it. Past this time limit, your order can no longer be cancelled or modified. Before completing the order, please ensure that the shipping and billing addresses are correct to avoid any shipping delays. You will receive an email confirmation after every order placement.

Shipping Time Frame

Since Trend Savvy works with different manufacturers and international suppliers, shipping and delivery time vary from one product to another. Most of our merchandise, however, will ship out within 2-3 business days upon placing the order, and another 5-7 business days for delivery to your doorstep, depending on the location. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99-$11.99 per order, depending on the delivery location. Additional shipping charges may be applied for some regions/areas. Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable when merchandise is returned.

Free Shipping Policy

Trend Savvy offers free shipping for all orders above $99. To qualify for free shipping, your order total must be above $99, before taxes, coupons and gift cards. Otherwise, you will be charged flat rate shipping.

Free shipping does not apply to special orders and may not be combined with other offers or discounts.

An additional charge may also be required for remote area collections, areas that are difficult to access or are outside the UPS flat rate zones.

Cancelling items, changing your shipping address, or modifying orders might affect your free shipping eligibility.

Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipment at this time, however we are working towards providing several options in the near future.

Other Details

Packages are typically left at your door and do not require a signature. It is not possible to change shipping information, such as the address, once the order is processed. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact our Customer Support immediately. All lost or missing parcels, as well as all claims, are handled through the shipping courier. At Trend Savvy, we are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible, and will assist customers with these claims to the best of our ability until a satisfactory resolution is reached.
